About Ingrid
I am a channel, spiritual teacher, and poet with more than a decade of experience guiding others into direct relationship with Spirit.
I work in partnership with my spirit guide, Monz, bringing through teachings that are mystical and deeply practical.
Together, we co-authored the book Locked in Love, a transmission on devotion.
In 2017, I founded the Bhava Spiritual Mission, a church devoted to helping individuals awaken their own channeling abilities and discover their spiritual purpose.
Through classes, circles, and mentorship, I show you that intuition is not rare or dramatic — it is a natural human capacity that can be cultivated.
My teachings have a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation, personal responsibility, and spiritual maturity.
